CMC Fuel Tank Container/ Offshore Tank Container Introduction

The CMC Fuel Tank Container/ Offshore Tank Container, also known as containerized tanks, is ideal for multimodal transportation due to its modular and transportable design. It offers 50% more volume compared to traditional tank products and features a double-walled design, providing enhanced safety and environmental protection.     

One popular type of tank container is a primary tank contained within a secondary container. This design makes it easy to transport and relocate the tank while also ensuring that it is 110% bunded for added safety.

The fueling points on the bottom of the tank allow for gravity feeding, eliminating the need for a pumping system. Other features include a regulatory access manway, overfill protection with mechanical shutoff and audible/visual alarm, permanent ladder for easy inspection and access, emergency shut-off valve, calibrated fuel level gauge, and air pressure vents. It is also certified with a CSC certificate, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
