Specialized Container: A real concept

Specialized containers are containers that do not adhere to international standard container sizes and are determined based on their intended use. They come in various shapes and sizes, serving specific purposes such as equipment containers, project containers, containers for offshore oil platforms, firefighting containers, housing containers, advertising containers, military containers, and more. Specialized containers can be used to transport a wide range of products.

Virtually all solid materials can be transported using specialized containers. However, powdery and liquid substances are not suitable for transportation in these containers. Most mechanical equipment, which is typically rectangular or square in shape and composed of multiple parts, can be transported using specialized containers. The containers need to be custom-manufactured based on precise measurements to accommodate the specific machinery for transportation. As long as the transported items do not exceed the container's weight and size limitations, they can be safely transported.

In the transportation industry, specialized containers differ from standard containers. Regular containers are produced according to international standards, and their dimensions and parameters are fixed. They must meet specific standards to be allowed in the market, and non-compliance can lead to severe penalties and closure of the business. In contrast, specialized containers have fewer requirements and restrictions. They are often custom-made based on customer demands. These containers may vary in size and style, but they are typically square or rectangular. Customization is driven by meeting the transportation needs of various items, ensuring the suitability of the container for a wide range of products.

The manufacturing of specialized containers is entirely based on the intended use and specific requirements of the customer. For example, when designing a container for an air compressor, the container's designers need to consider the equipment's characteristics and the technical parameters provided by the customer. These parameters may include the size of the equipment, the required load-bearing capacity of the container, and the need for proper ventilation and heat dissipation. Designers take these factors into account to determine the structure of the container, including the requirements for the bottom plate and ventilation system. As the customer has the most knowledge about their equipment, they are encouraged to provide a rough design concept, while the designers will handle the finer details.
