CMC Energy Storage Container Introduction

CMC Energy Storage Container can integrate energy storage converters and energy management systems based on customer requirements.

An Energy Storage Container is a battery system designed for the mobile energy storage market. It consists of multiple battery cells connected in series and parallel to form a battery box, which is then integrated into a battery cabinet. The system voltage is increased by connecting battery boxes in series, and the system capacity is improved by connecting battery strings in parallel.

The monitoring system enables external communication, network data monitoring, data acquisition, analysis, and processing, ensuring accurate data monitoring and remote control command execution speed.

The battery management unit ensures voltage balance and everyday detection functions to prevent circulating current between battery modules, which affects the system's operating efficiency.

To ensure safety, the container is equipped with a dedicated fire and air-conditioning system. The fire-fighting system senses fire alarms through safety equipment such as smoke sensors, temperature sensors, and emergency lights, while the dedicated air-conditioning system controls the cooling and heating system of the air conditioner to maintain the container's appropriate temperature range.

Energy Storage Containers offer simplified infrastructure construction, short construction period, high degree of modularization, and easy transportation and installation. They can be applied to power stations such as wind, solar, and fire power, as well as communities, schools, scientific research institutions, factories, and data centers.

The Energy Storage Container is a sturdy frame structure with several key features such as PLC cabinets, battery racks, transformer cabinets, power cabinets, and energy storage power conversion system fixed racks. It also includes vents for smooth ventilation. The container's components are arranged on both sides in two rows with a passage in the middle for easy inspection and maintenance. The container has a simple layout and design for smooth ventilation and a durable lifespan of over 20 years. Additionally, the outer surface is well-treated with even and smooth paint.
